Cables trays are designed and manufactured from electrogalvanized steel or pre-galvanized steel for indoor uses, or hot dip galvanized steel for indoor & outdoor uses. Can be customized fabrication as per customer requirements.

1. Perforated cable tray

It contains a set of metal brackets with sides. These brackets contain holes or slots at the bottom for the cables placed on the tray. It is also possible through these holes to install the cables using cable ties.

This type is designed to carry power cables that produce medium heat and also to carry control cables.

1. Ladder cable tray

This type is designed to carry power cables for large cross sections. It consists of two long side rails connected by a set of horizontal beams placed at regular intervals of 9 inches. The horizontal beams are designed to allow cables to be fixed to them using a set of cables cleats. provide the maximum possible ventilation for the cables placed on it, making it suitable for cables that produces high heat. Allow easy access for cables maintenance and pull-in , pull-out from above or below between any two horizontal beams.

1. Ventilated trough cable tray

Mainly designed to hold small cross sections control & instrument cables. It has opening at the bottom and on the sides, which provide good ventilation for the cables place on it and drain water that may collect on top of the tray as a result of leakage of any of the drain pipes or air conditioning ducts.

1. Solid bottom cable tray

This type of tray is solid from the bottom and does not have any openings, which provides maximum protection for the cables placed on it against harsh environment and from any harmful chemicals, if the tray is covered with solid covers. It also protects the cables from radio waves interference and electromagnetic fields. This tray is designed to carry the control & instrument cables of small cross sections and large numbers. It is also designed to carry the communications cables and small-section power cables which produce little heat.

1. Wire mesh cable tray

This type of cable trays is one of the most open structures in all directions, and therefore it is designed to provide the maximum possible ventilation from all directions. Mainly designed for carrying low voltage cables, telecommunication cables and fiber cables.

1. Single rail cable tray

This type of cable tray is somewhat similar to a ladder except that the longitudinal rod is in the middle. Designed to be easily installed on site much faster than other types of trays. It is designed to carry cables that produce high heat or when need faster and easier access to cables for the purpose of installation and maintenance.

1. Channel cable tray

This type of cable tray is designed to be used at the end of the cable trays in order to carry the cables to any device that is fed from the cables placed on the tray. It is given access to install the push buttons and instrument devices on the site. Also to add or pull cable from it thought the large holes at the bottom.
